Roasting
We use a dry roasting method (under lights) which allows products like nuts & seeds to roast in their own natural oils & maintain their nutritional value.
This also means that we are able to avoid using other, potentially harmful, oils.
Manual and Automated Filling
We offer both filling options.
Automated Filling is a process whereby bags are loaded onto the machine, opened, filled, sealed & dated seamlessly in a fully automated system.
Manual Filling is a process where all of the above activities take place by hand, this is often used for lines that are more intricate and require more of a 'hands on' approach.
Snack Packing & Gas Flushing
We pack many different sizes of convenient snack sachets, from 10g to 50g, and offer our clients a gas flushing option for extended shelf life.
Multi Component Packing and Assembly
We have extensive hand packing capabilities which we offer to our clients with more complex product lines.
Bottling & Labeling
We are able to bottle & label from 250ml to 1L bottles or jars in both plastic and glass.
